Good reports deserve recognition

When you share something true and useful, you earn SORDA tokens. The better and more helpful the report, the more it earns — up to 100 tokens for one report.

How you earn

Quality counts more than quantity

Every report starts from 10 points and is multiplied by six simple factors.

📝 QualityClear title, useful description, a good photo and the right category.
✅ VerificationReports confirmed as true by moderators earn double.
👥 ConfirmationsEach neighbour who confirms it adds more, up to four.
👍 HelpfulReal "helpful" reactions from different people.
⭐ ReputationA history of good reports raises your multiplier.
📅 Daily paceYour first 3 reports each day count fully, then less — to stop spam.

Also earn for

  • Confirming a verified report: +3
  • Evidence accepted by moderators: +5
  • An accepted status update: +2

No tokens for

  • Reports by unverified accounts
  • Duplicates of a report already made
  • Rejected or hidden content

Penalties

A report found to be false earns nothing and removes 20 tokens. Tokens from reports later found false are taken back.

New tokens wait 7 days while the community and moderators check the report.

After the check, tokens become available. Later growth is added as a top-up.

Month close

Each month has a fixed budget per country; the value per token is set when the month closes.

Payout

When payouts are active in your country, request your balance to your verified mobile number.

Payouts are not active yet. You already earn and keep tokens for useful reports. Money payouts in Tanzania will be switched on after regulatory checks; we will announce it in the app. Tokens are not a currency and cannot be bought or sold.

Great report

Burst water main, with photo

Clear photo, exact spot, sent to the water sector. Three neighbours confirm it and a moderator verifies it.

Result: a high score — around 40 tokens.

Weak report

"Problem here"

No photo, vague text, nobody confirms it. It is the 12th report from the same person today.

Result: no tokens.
