How it works

From what you see to what gets fixed

SORDA AI connects the people who notice problems with the people who can solve them — openly, fairly and with privacy built in.

The journey of a report

Five simple steps

1

You share what you see

Open Report, choose a category, add a short description and a photo, and set the place. Choose public (everyone can see it) or private (only you, SORDA staff and the sector you choose). No signal? The report waits on your phone and uploads by itself later.

2

It appears — clearly marked as unverified

Public reports show up in the feed and on the map straight away with the label Unverified, and a location rounded to about 100 metres so nobody's exact home or position is exposed.

3

The community confirms

People nearby can confirm they have seen it too, add evidence, mark it helpful or flag it. Duplicates of the same problem count as confirmations.

4

Moderators decide what is true

SORDA moderators review evidence and set the truth status. Publishing a report never makes it "true" on its own — a person must check it.

5

The sector acts — and you are recognised

If you sent it to a sector, their staff see the photos and the exact GPS point so a team can go straight there. True, useful reports earn SORDA tokens.

Truth status

Five labels, always honest

Every report carries one of these labels so you know how much to trust it.

Unverified

New. Nobody has checked it yet.

Under review

A moderator is looking at the evidence.

Verified

Checked and confirmed as true.

Disputed

Evidence disagrees; treat with care.

False

Found to be untrue. It earns no tokens.

Three ways information flows

Reports, news and communities

Community reports

From residents, about a specific place. Shown nearby for about a day in the public feed, and kept for the responsible sector.

News

From approved publishers, for a whole country. Everyone in that country sees it, with the publisher's name and source link.

About news

Communities

Chat, posts and announcements inside groups, reaching members and people around the group's area.

About communities

Seen something? Share it.

Your report could be the one that gets it fixed.
