Delete your SORDA AI account

You can delete your account at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open SORDA AI and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Account data.
  3. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device. You can download a copy of your data on the same screen first.

Without the app

Email info@dalidata.africa from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you sign in with), with the subject "Delete my SORDA AI account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile, name, photo, sign-in email and phone number, and password.
  • Your sessions, devices, followed places, preferences and interests.
  • Your reports, comments, community messages and uploaded photos are removed from view and your photos are deleted from storage.
  • Your SORDA tokens and any unpaid balance.

What is kept

  • A minimal record that the account was deleted, so restored backups cannot bring it back.
  • Records we must keep for security, fraud prevention or the law (for example records of paid rewards and moderation decisions), kept only as long as needed.
  • Encrypted backups are replaced within 3 days.
